Cesar is a Loan Officer here at Wholesale Mortgage Services. Cesar received his degree in accounting over 25 years ago and has been in financing ever since. He became a mortgage loan officer in 2001. Due to his desire to learn more about Real Estate and Home Mortgages, Cesar received his real estate license in 2009. Cesar focuses on helping out his clients and whatever needs they may have. He takes a personal approach to any borrower he works for.
